Group Exercise Classes
The Rec at The Lakefront™ offers robust fitness programming to appeal to all fitness levels and interests. These classes offer our members an opportunity to make new friends with similar interests and help you create a happier, healthier you! The Group Exercise classes (including Water Exercise) are included with your membership, unless otherwise noted. Our fitness programming for group exercise classes include an energetic and seasoned group of fitness instructors who specialize in a diverse selection of fitness classes including: Yoga, Zumba, Strength Training, Pilates, Cross Training, Cardio and Core, Cycling, Water Aerobics, and Barre.
