Reservations can be made online or in person at the Parks & Recreation Administrative Office (located inside The Rec at The Lakefront™, 303 Main Street), during normal office hours, Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30-11:30 a.m. To receive the resident rate, reservations must be made in person at The Rec at The Lakefront™. Reservations at the The Rec at The Lakefront™

The Rec at The Lakefront™ offers reservations for each of the rooms listed below. Reservations can be made online or in person at the Parks & Recreation Administrative Office (located inside The Rec at The Lakefront™, 303 Main Street), during normal office hours, Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30- 11:30 a.m. To receive the resident rate, reservations must be made in person at The Rec at The Lakefront™.  For questions about reservations, please email reservations@littleelm.org.

The Rec at The Lakefront™

Multi-Purpose Room with Kitchen

303 Main Street
The multi-purpose room is a large, 28’x42′ tiled room with an attached kitchen, upstairs at The Rec at The Lakefront™. The max occupancy for the room is 86 people, and there is a screen and projector available.

The Multi-Purpose Room is the larger of the two rooms that are reserved at the Little Elm Recreation Center. Perfect for larger parties where food will need to be served, or large meetings and seminars, this room offers a screen, projector, and sound system that are available for guests. The large, industrial kitchen is included in the cost of the room and available for every reservation. This unique space offers groups of 86 people or less the opportunity to get together in a variety of ways. Whether you are looking for a place to host your child’s graduation party, a friend’s baby or wedding shower, or a company seminar with a guest speaker, this room offers a great experience at an affordable rate.

  • All reservations must set up and clean the room on their own.
  • Set up and clean up time must be included in the reserved time.
  • All fees are due at the time the reservation is made.
  • Membership discounts are only available in person during PARD administration hours (M-Th 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., F 7:30-11:30 a.m.)
  • All after hours reservations must be approved by the Recreation Manager or their designee.
  • Guests are responsible for all cords and connections from their personal devices to the sound system and/or projector.

  • The rec reservations have transformed the empty conference room into an orderly space with rows of chairs facing a podium and a large screen, ready for the next event.

Damage Deposit: $150 (all reservations require a $150 refundable damage deposit)

Multi Purpose Room Fees: $80 per hour ($50 per hour for members of The Rec at The Lakefront™—reservation must be made in person)

After Hours Fees: $75 per hour (all reservations made outside of regular operational hours at The Rec at The Lakefront™ will be charged this fee on top of the regular room rate)

The Rec at The Lakefront™

Craft Room

303 Main Street
The Craft Room is the smaller of the two rooms that are reserved at the Little Elm Recreation Center. Perfect for smaller group meetings or showers, with the flexibility to double as a dance or workout room, this room offers a screen, projector, and sound system that are available for guests. This unique space offers groups of 46 people or less the opportunity to get together in a variety of ways. Whether you are looking for a place to host your child’s birthday party, a friend’s baby or wedding shower, or just looking for a place to work on your dance moves for an upcoming performance, this room offers a great experience at an affordable rate.

Dance

The Rec at The Lakefront™

Community Center

107 Hardwicke Lane
The Community Center is a large, 55’x30′ room with a kitchen and bathrooms attached. The facility may only be booked once per day, and holds reservations of 100 people or less.

Brenda Button Mills Senior Center

The Brenda Button Mills Senior Center can host up to 135 people.

The Rec at The Lakefront™

Conference Room

The conference room is a state of the art meeting space for small groups, located downstairs at The Rec at The Lakefront™. The max occupancy for the room is 20 people, and there are three TVs that you can project a computer or device too included in the room. Reservations for this room can only be made in person.

Cottonwood Park Sports Complex

This sports complex holds three youth baseball fields and one youth softball field. The dimensions of each field vary, with each field being slightly different. Field 3 is the largest baseball field, followed by field 2 and then field 1. Field 4 can accommodate both youth and adult softball.The fields are available for reservation by emailing lbriner@littleelm.org.

Little Elm Park Softball Fields

These are the two adult softball fields located off of Eldorado Parkway in Little Elm Park. These fields both have roughly the same dimensions, and can be used for both adult and youth softball. Younger baseball teams may also use the field when available. These fields are available for reservation by emailing reservations@littleelm.org.

Little Elm Park Soccer Fields

These soccer fields are located on the east side of Little Elm Park. There are three full sized soccer fields that are usually broken down into smaller fields during youth soccer seasons. These fields are available for reservation by emailing reservations@littleelm.org.

Little Elm Park Sand Volleyball Courts

Little Elm Park has twelve sand volleyball courts. Ten courts are located at Little Elm Beach, while two courts are located next to the playground. There are lights available for all twelve courts. These courts are available for reservation by emailing reservations@littleelm.org.

Amphitheater

The amphitheater is located between the lake and playground pavilion at Little Elm Park. It is a large outdoor covered stage with built-in steps for seating. The amphitheater may not be reserved at the same time as the playground pavilion. The amphitheater can be rented by Special Event Application only and in person only. Please note that all Little Elm Park reservations are subject to the same parking fees as the general public.

The splash pad pavilion is located next to the play area. There are two picnic tables located underneath the pavilion.

Deposit Fee: $100 refundable damage deposit required.

Fees: $40 per hour – 2 hour minimum ($20 per hour for Little Elm Residents—reservation must be made in person at The Rec at The Lakefront™)

Little Elm Park Playground Pavilion

The playground pavilion is the larger of the two pavilions at Little Elm park and is located next to the playground. There are 12 picnic tables located under the pavilion, and a grill attached. Please note that all Little Elm Park reservations are subject to the same parking fees as the general public.

The Beard Park pavilion is located slightly behind the playground equipment. There are four picnic tables located underneath the pavilion.
