Jonathan has over 8 years of fitness experience as a personal trainer and sports performance coach. He’s worked with youth, adults, and professional athletes. His goal is to critically challenge his clients’ perspectives about fitness through movement, mindset, and accountability. Jonathan has the heart to educate all of his clients on exercise selection and formatting so that you have more clarity on how to program workouts.
Elizabeth has been the owner of Inspire U Fitness since 2009. She is passionate about helping others with fitness and achieving their goals. This passion comes from her own transformation and ability to relate. Elizabeth wants you to feel strong and confident in yourself and she will be there to motivate, challenge, and help you see and feel the benefits of making yourself a priority. Together we can do it!
Tiffany is certified in personal strength training, exercise therapy, and yoga. Her background is a mix of high intensity training including CrossFit and Krav Maga. Tiffany moved to Dallas from Louisiana in 2010 and when she’s not working out she’s either wake surfing, paddle boarding, or spending time with family.

Pat is a certified yoga instructor with more than 200 hours under her belt. She enjoys bringing a life changing practice to all who will give it a try. Pat takes pride in being a respectful instructor of individual limitations and practices yoga with no judgment; only delighting in what her and her clients can do knowing our breath is our life.
Erin is passionate about water fitness for its multitude of benefits including low-impact, cardio, muscle strengthening, coordination, stress reduction, and the pool provides a fun, cool, and enjoyable environment to reduce stress and socially interact. Previously in Houston, Erin taught water and land fitness for several years and is excited now to be part of the Little Elm fitness team. During the week, Erin works in the K12 Educational Technology & Publishing industry and in her free time, Erin loves being outside with her Pomeranian and three cats.
Adrian is a certified fitness professional with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. She has worked with individuals and groups of all ages and fitness levels to help her clients achieve their goals. Adrian’s areas of expertise include strength training, barre, cycling, and TRX. She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals by providing guidance, motivation, and support while striving to create fun, safe, effective, and engaging workout routines that challenge her clients.
After seven years of taking classes at The Rec at The Lakefront™, Tracy received a Group Training Certification from NETA fit. She is passionate about creating new and challenging group classes. She is currently teaching Cross Training classes which incorporate both strength, cardio, bike and rowing. Her classes are both motivating and challenging.
Dayna is a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer. She has over five years of experience teaching classes with her main focus being yoga. Dayna’s goal is to help her students find peace and a moment of stillness away from their busy lives. To achieve this she uses breath work, mindfulness, calming music, and movements that feel good on your body.
Megan began her personal fitness journey while in high school after her mom gave her a gym membership for her 16th birthday. When she began working out and making lifestyle changes, her commitment to health and wellness continued to grow. Megan wanted to share her eagerness with others and applied to teach group fitness classes but was turned down initially. She went on to ear two Bachelor’s Degrees from Illinois State University in Program Management and Commercial Recreation along with a minor in Exercise Science. Since then, Megan has competed in two NPC Bikini competitions, was featured in the Rising Stars Column of Oxygen Magazine, and has been able to work with some of the most ambitious clients. Megan specializes in accountability programs, prenatal and postnatal fitness, and lifelong fitness.
Kelly has been teaching Group Exercise since the mid 80’s. She has completed a variety of certifications and teaches multiple formats including classes for the active aging. Kelly enjoys creating safe, fun, and challenging classes for all levels. It gives her joy to see members working hard and pushing themselves to achieve their fitness goals.
Having grown up playing many different sports, Taryn has always been passionate about fitness. After a year of taking group exercise classes at the Little Elm Rec Center, Taryn became a group instructor. She is now certified in Cycling and Pilates. She loves motivating others to keep active and challenge themselves in their fitness journeys and does so with a smile on her face!
