Lakefront Cornhole Tournament

Join the Town of Little Elm for our inaugural Lakefront Cornhole tournament at Little Elm Park Beach on Saturday, March 27. Registration will open on March 5 and is open to teams of two. We will offer three divisions for teams to sign up (divisions may be combined if we do not have enough in each division), and prizes will be awarded for each division. Teams may be made up of men, women, or coed.

Check-in will take place starting at 7:30 a.m. at the Little Elm Beach pavilion, and games will begin at 9 a.m. Schedules and brackets will be released on Thursday, March 25, and we are limited to the first 60 total teams to sign up.

Each team is guaranteed four matches (best of 3 games to 21/or 30 minutes). We will have pool play and then seed teams into our championship brackets based on how they perform in pool play. Pools will be decided at random, and seeding will be based on winning percentage, then total points scored. Teams must use the same two players for the entire tournament, and we will follow the normal playing rules we use during our league play, with the exception of matches being best 2 out of 3 games.

Teams will be required to bring their own bags, and the Town will provide all boards.

Please note, alcohol is allowed at Little Elm Beach, but no glass bottles are permitted. Pop up tents can be set up on the beach section (not the sand volleyball courts), and no outside cooking devices may be brought into the park.
