Come to Little Elm Rec Center and see what everyone is talking about!

We will have demos of our some of our classes like Zumba, yoga, Turbo Kick, Core de Force, and more! Learn to set up your cycle bike, get advice on yoga poses, and talk to our trainers and fitness experts.

Kids can play in bounce houses or hang out in KidZone while their parent’s try out the classes. 3-D Dance will be here with their Fairy Ballerina for the kiddo’s twinkle toes.

We’ll have coffee, fruit, and sandwiches to munch on.
