Membership Cancellations:
We understand that life changes, and we want to make membership management as easy as possible. You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting a written request in-person or online. Memberships can be canceled with no penalty as long as the request is made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

Refunds:

  • Annual Memberships: Refunds for annual memberships will be offered on a prorated basis from the date of the cancellation request. An administrative fee equivalent to one-month’s membership will be applied to the refund.
  • Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships are billed on a rolling basis. Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month. No prorated refunds are available for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • Unused Membership Benefits: Refunds are not issued for unused membership benefits once the cancellation has been processed.
